The platform centralizes event management, registration workflows, and results tracking, replacing what was previously handled manually or with simple tools.
Project Description
Thomar Athletics needed a way to run its events and registrations without relying on spreadsheets, messaging groups, and paper sign-up sheets. Artifi Labs built a full web application to bring event management, athlete registrations, and results tracking into a single platform.
The platform centralizes event creation and management, including the full set of logistics involved in running an athletics event, alongside results tracking and reporting so performance data no longer lives across scattered tools.
A backoffice lets club staff manage the entire platform without needing a developer, and the application is installable as a mobile and desktop app, with multilingual support for members who don't all work in the same language.
